Southwell Taekwondo was established in 2004, West Bridgford in 2019 and both have been producing superb students ever since. 

Our members make new friends, learn self-discipline, and become fitter and more flexible through their training. We have fun and work hard in a traditional martial arts class.

Whether you're struggling to get your first press-up or hoping to compete at International Tournaments, we'll take you on a journey that will enrich your life.

Our clubs are part of the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB) which has hundreds of clubs and over 20,000 members all over the UK. When you join us you join a huge family! You can train all over the country, and compete throughout the year if that interests you.
